∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline but business background preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Campaign Management; manage a variety of end to end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You'll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
∎ Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements.
∎ Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions.
∎ Carry out demographic surveys to identify potential customers.
∎ Contact potential customers through emails, calls, and home visits to create product/service awareness.
∎ Employ knowledge of company goals in carrying out marketing operations.
∎ Assessing students/clients' personal characteristics, skills and interests via phone call, one-to-one interviews or group sessions.
∎ Content Marketing; write long form blogs that are optimized for SEO and our target keywords.
∎ Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media), exhibitions and promotional events.
∎ Providing appropriate help, advice and recommendations based on interviews/test results.
∎ Counsel and Admit students and filing their documents.
∎ Conducting seminars/workshops/job fair etc.
∎ Offering practical assistance with job-seeking, applications/CVs and interviews.
∎ Helping students/clients to solve problems and manage their own careers.
∎ Aiding clients in their search for appropriate employment.
∎ Writing action plans, reports and careers literature.
∎ Daily report to the higher management.
∎ Phone call & data base management.
∎ Any other related work assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 4-6 year experience in the relevant field.
∎ Experience requirement can be relaxed for highly potential candidates.
∎ Willingness to work independently with self-direction.
∎ Willing to work as an active team player.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
