Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young, energetic, dynamic, dedicated, smart, strategic and self-driven experienced personnel for the position of Asst. Manager/Manager, Business Development who will help our company strengthen its position to grow business locally and internationally.
∎ You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaign of our mother company and sister concerns business development planning align with our Groups goals and objectives. On top of that, we are looking for someone who is confident to make decisions on launching marketing campaigns in order to generate revenue, precise in communication with relevant concerns.
∎ Workstation: Regular Office at Banani, Dhaka but should have mentality to travel anywhere in Bangladesh and Abroad when required

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Top management and department head to ensure a positive working relationship and project outcomes
∎ Manage multiple channels of communication in a high-volume environment
∎ Implement a consultative approach to understand the business's needs fully
∎ seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
∎ carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
∎ Project coordination for Business Development department
∎ Preparing analytical reports on activities and future project plans
∎ Work out on business research management considering planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling
∎ Conducting interview and background checking of the candidates be fitting foreign delegates requirement
∎ Must remain and updated with concern bodies like Airlines, Embassy, ministry, and other relevant
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting exceptional relationships with existing clients and attracting new clients with rapport and developing trust
∎ Researching and analysing market trends, identifying potential customers and partners, and negotiating and closing deals
∎ Creating compelling proposals and presentations to clients to win new business for the organization
∎ Meet with customers/clients in face to face or over the phone to encounter their demands and needs
∎ Special focus on marketing through online and offline where needed
∎ Build long-term relationships with agents, sub agents and other business associates
∎ Coordinate with the MOEWOE, BMET and BAIRA for necessary update to run the business effectively and efficiently
∎ Managing company HR and Administrative issues
∎ Keep record of managing director meeting schedule, follow up and update accordingly
∎ Following best business practices and etiquette
∎ Should have honesty and dedication to the company
∎ Sound on computer in MS excel, MS power point, photoshop, internet browsing and email communication and must be good in Bangla and English Typing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Brand Promotion, Business Development, Marketing, Management and Human Resource Management
∎ Working experience in foreign companies, group of companies and more specifically in Manpower or Travel agency, Travel Management and visa processing relevant experience will be a great added advantage
∎ Training/Trade Course: Any Certification related with Business development
∎ Skill requirement: Communication skill, Leader skill, Managerial Skill, Interpersonal Skill, English proficiency and Computer knowledge (MS Office, Photoshop, Bangla Typing, Email communication, Web browsing and SEO)
∎ Ability to work and develop new projects simultaneously
∎ Should be able to meet deadlines as per management task assigned
