∎ MBA in Accounting/Finance from any reputed public & private university.
∎ Having CA CC/ITP with working VAT and Tax will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft word and excel, VAT Tax Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Context:
∎ vivo is a well-reputed Chinese Multinational Smartphone Manufacturing Company. For the expansion of the operational work, we are looking for the position of Asst. Manager (VAT & Tax) who have Excellent capability in VAT & Tax management as well as knowledge of smartphone company.

∎ Work Shift: 08:30:00 AM to 05:30:00 PM (including one-hour break);
∎ Six days working in a week (weekly off Friday)
∎ OT Facilities: Free Snacks during Overtime
∎ English Proficiency: High Level.
∎ Should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.
∎ Preference: Who can join us as soon as possible. Should be ready to accept challenges and have the desire to learn new skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act.
∎ Independently preparation & submission of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly Tax returns & statements to the respective circle of NBR.
∎ Preparation and submission of annual Tax return and related documents to Tax authority in a timely manner.
∎ Corresponding with Tax authority and consultant for Corporate Tax assessment.
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS & VDS deduction from supplier’s bills, prepare TDS & VDS challans and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Facing and closing of VAT audit by local VAT office/NBR.
∎ Ensure AT refund
∎ Preparation and submission of the monthly VAT return.
∎ Responsible for all VAT-related queries and filings in a proper way.
∎ Preparation and review of VAT-4.3,6.1, 6.2, 6.6 Reporting on VAT and Tax on a monthly and weekly basis on VAT software.
∎ Create awareness and train the relevant team members in understanding the Tax laws, processes & procedures.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having work experience from Multinational FMCG/Manufacturing Reputed local group of companies or CA farm in Bangladesh would be an added advantage.
∎ Good Communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bengali;
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities;
