Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monthly return submission, hearing and assessment finalization VAT authority.
∎ Monitor deduction of VAT at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time.
∎ Perform, review and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on preparation of Accounts Reports considering VAT.
∎ Prepare VAT audit reports and handle professional VAT authorities individually. Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Responsible for efficient operation of VAT related accounting activities of the organization.
∎ Prepare VAT challan; maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents.
∎ Advising on VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Vat liability).
∎ Deliver a full range of VAT services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
∎ Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
∎ Provide innovative VAT planning and review complex VAT returns
∎ Identify and mitigate VAT risks
∎ Manage vat provision and VAT compliance process
∎ Manage and coordinate VAT audits
∎ Prepare all VAT papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
∎ Handle all customs and bond related issues of the Company
∎ VAT refund related all documentation and conducting Audit against VAT refund claim in a timely manner
∎ Good knowledge regarding online vat return submission.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Any other activities as & when asked by the Management.
