Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the inventory security and accountability.
∎ Using automated computer systems to monitor stock control.
∎ Leading, motivating, training and developing staff.
∎ Updating & maintaining computerized & paper based administrative records.
∎ Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
∎ Generating Material Reception Report.
∎ Updating the ledger book from time to time.
∎ Ensure Raw Materials daily Lighter Vessel Survey Report.
∎ Ensure daily Raw Material unloading Report.
∎ Ensure and submit proper daily Raw materials & Packing materials receiving, consumption report.
∎ Ensure & check daily Poly Bag stock follow-up.
∎ Check all MRR, SPR, QC, SR requisition & SAP Expert.
∎ Cross check the stock Register & inventory management software posting & materials stock.
∎ Communicate with Purchased & Commercial department to collect raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, others works.
∎ Communicate with Marketing & Delivery Dept. for gift item with Cement bag.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
