Experience Level: 1–2 years (Real estate background preferred)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate or investment sales preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.

• Must have a professional appearance and attitude suitable for dealing with high-net-worth individuals.

• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally for sales activities.

• The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales of real estate properties to local and international clients.

• This role involves proactive lead generation, client relationship management, and executing marketing initiatives to achieve the company’s growth and sales targets.
