Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 50 years

1. This candidate should have at least 3 to 10 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
2. Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
3. Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
4. Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
5. Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
6. Must be self motivated and dynamic.
7. Corporate sales planning and implementation.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Asst. Manager, Sr. Executive & Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.

1. Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective clients.
2. To look after client quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
3. Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
4. Any other task assigned by Management.
