Experience Level: 1–2 years (Real estate background preferred)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate or investment sales preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.

• Must have a professional appearance and attitude suitable for dealing with high-net-worth individuals.

• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally for sales activities.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales of real estate properties to local and international clients. This role involves proactive lead generation, client relationship management, and executing marketing initiatives to achieve the company’s growth and sales targets.
