Responsibilities & Context:
Finding new sales opportunities and market potential for land projects;
Making effective, regular marketing and sales visits to public and private offices;
Participating actively in the marketing team and maintaining individual client visits followed by guaranteed sales;
Understand the importance of Customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members;
Actively contributing to the development of a robust platform for NRB communication;
Assisting in the creation of a high-quality database of NRBs;
Additionally, developing an efficient tool for result-oriented follow-ups and sales to NRBs and expatriates;
Gather up-to-date market data and include it in your marketing strategy or plan;
Investigate new markets to help boost sales;
Create and provide sales and marketing reports on a regular basis to your immediate supervisor.
