Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the electronics/FMCG/retail sector.
  • Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Email Marketing Platforms, Canva/Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital sales funnels will be a plus.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

Smart Electronics Ltd. (SONY-SMART), the official distributor of world-renowned electronics brands like SONY, SHARP, PHILIPS, HAVELLS, and SMART, is seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our online brand visibility and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks to support our vision of innovation, affordability, and customer-centric service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to design campaign content that aligns with the brand's vision and target audience.
  • Measure and report campaign performance (ROI and KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

2. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Manage all company social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Create engaging, original content and ensure regular updates (posts, reels, videos, stories).
  • Analyze audience insights and adjust strategy to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

3. E-Commerce & SEO

  • Optimize company website and e-commerce platforms (e.g., SONY Smart online shop) for traffic, user experience, and conversions.
  • Drive SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) and ensure higher visibility in search engines.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce partners and ensure product information is up-to-date.

4. Paid Advertising

  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads).
  • Allocate and monitor digital ad budgets to ensure cost-effective lead generation and brand exposure.

5. Email & SMS Marketing

  • Create and manage automated email and SMS marketing campaigns for promotions, new launches, and customer retention.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate weekly/monthly digital performance reports and present actionable insights.
  • Track competitor activity and suggest improvements or innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

7. Online Reputation Management

  • Monitor online reviews, comments, and mentions; manage customer queries and complaints across digital channels.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues when needed to relevant departments.

8. Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Product, Design) for promotional alignment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and digital innovations to ensure cutting-edge strategy implementation.
