Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely collection of installments.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients via phone calls, emails and visits for payment reminders and dispute resolution.
∎ Negotiate payment schedules with clients to minimize overdue accounts.
∎ Work closely with the Marketing & Sales, Accounts & Finance and Legal departments to resolve payment issues.
∎ Analyze client payment behavior and prepare reports on collection progress.
∎ Identify and escalate cases for legal action if necessary.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date database of receivables and prepare aging reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh’s financial regulations regarding credit collection.
∎ Any other relevant task as assigned by the Management.
