∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following business areas: Indenting firms, export-oriented industries, or the garments accessories sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Corresponding with suppliers for price, preparing CS, finalizing order, taking delivery schedule and collection Proforma Invoice.
∎ Checking Proforma Invoice for necessary correction. Reviewing Letters of Credit to ensure the absence of unacceptable or incorrect clauses.
∎ Container/Cargo/Ship, Arrival/Berthing follow up.
∎ Verifying import documents—such as the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin—and making corrections if necessary; preparing and submitting draft/final shipping documents to the buyer.
∎ Coordinating with the buyer/importer/bank to facilitate acceptance or payment release; regularly reporting updates to senior management.
∎ Providing timely reports to senior authorities through well-prepared presentations using Excel or other relevant tools.
