Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all BI activities are aligned to the company’s core values and consistent with the fair treatment of all stakeholders.
∎ Collect & analyze relevant pieces of customer information
∎ Determine the customer’s lifecycle and value to the organization
∎ Establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform ad-hoc market analysis as required to support strategy and analyze performance
∎ Coordinate between Sales and Marketing, as a central coordination function, to ensure sales activities are directed towards areas of maximum profitable revenue
∎ Provide second level approval for campaigns generated by Product Marketing
∎ Assist Marketing in preparation of customer lists for campaigning, ensure appropriate customer segmentation, and validate campaign offerings
∎ Support Sales in customer acquisition through targeting prospects via segmentation techniques and Hunting campaign generation
∎ Define target group selection for product marketing based on specified criteria.
∎ Measure and feedback effectiveness of Sales and Marketing activities
∎ Ensure all requests are captured and managed accurately to ensure no duplication of efforts and all issues are prioritized appropriately.
∎ Assist and Report to Head Of Department
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 Years of relevant working experience is required
∎ Technical Skill: Python, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Tableau/Power BI, MS word, Excel
∎ Personal Qualities: Teammate, Flexible, Network-builder, able to handle pressure and work in cross-cultural setting
∎ Domain Knowledge: MFS,DFS, Business Intelligence Tool, Banking
∎ Advanced Knowledge in SQL is must, if you have solid industry experience with business intelligence tool will be beneficial.
