∎ Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for sales.
∎ Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of all products.
∎ Boost up Showroom sales in your assign area.
∎ Reaching the targets and goals set for particular area.
∎ Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Setting sales targets for individual Showroom and your team as a whole.
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
∎ Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
∎ Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Reporting to Manager (Operations).
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
∎ Work with Team and maintain the team management strongly
∎ Maintain customer services and customer relations
∎ Maintain the Stock of showroom store and know the stock management
∎ Maintain showroom Accounts, deposit procedure of Bank
∎ Communicate with Management, customers and related personnel
∎ Well known about Promotional Activates on season basis and on customer's need
∎ Very good knowledge on Day to day Showroom Operation
∎ Work on Inventory ( Stock Taking ) and Cash Handling
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly target sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) in Footwear Industry.
∎ Excellent sales and negotiation skills
∎ Good business sense
∎ The ability to motivate and lead a team
∎ Initiative and enthusiasm
∎ Excellent communication and 'people skills'
∎ Good planning and organizational skills
∎ The ability to work calmly under pressure
∎ Good IT, budget and report writing skills
∎ Foreign language skills are increasingly useful.
∎ Lubricants Marking Experience Knowledge.
