Job Context:
∎ ACNOVA began its business operation as a company in 2017, established by a skilled workforce and experienced leadership. Our company specializes in the distribution of temperature-controlled products, including refrigerators, stability chambers, and cold rooms. We are seeking an experienced service engineer to join our team and provide expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products.
∎ Objectives: The Assistant Manager - Sales and Service`s primary objectives will be to:
∎ Ensure that all refrigeration, stability chambers, and cold rooms are designed and installed in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
∎ Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for all products, ensuring that they are serviced regularly, and any faults are identified and resolved promptly.
∎ Provide technical support to our customers, including assisting with troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and providing repair solutions.
∎ Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in our products and processes, with a particular focus on energy efficiency, cost reduction, and performance optimization.
∎ Reporting Structure: The Assistant Manager - Sales and Service will report to the Head of Service, who will provide guidance and support as required. The Assistant Manager - Sales and Service will also work closely with other team members of service teams to ensure that all products are designed, manufactured, and maintained to the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scope of Work:
∎ Overseeing the installation of all electrical components, ensuring that they are installed safely and correctly.
∎ Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules for all products, including regular inspections and tests.
∎ Responding to customer queries and complaints, providing technical support, and troubleshooting assistance as required.
∎ Diagnosing faults and providing repair solutions, including the ordering and installation of replacement parts.
∎ Monitoring energy usage and identifying opportunities for optimization.
∎ Conducting research and testing to identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five years' experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of refrigeration, stability chambers, and cold rooms.
∎ Strong knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in electrical and refrigeration systems.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
