∎ Achieve business targets & plan for growth for next year (Market Share Gain & Profitability).
∎ Sound knowledge on Restaurant items like:
∎ -Commercial Blender
∎ -Commercial Fry Pan
∎ -Commercial Spicy Grander
∎ -Oven
∎ -Dinner Plate Ceramics
∎ -Food Pan
∎ -Fish Plate
∎ -Chopping Plate
∎ -Food mixer
∎ -Spoons
∎ -Water Glass and Jug
∎ -Tray
∎ -Juicer
∎ -Glassware
∎ -Doner Kabab Machine and so on....
∎ Prepare sales strategies for achieving sales target.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ The incumbent has to visit corporate client.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills.
∎ Flexible with working hour.
∎ Ability to travel anywhere.
∎ 'Can Do' attitude
∎ Must have knowledge on MS office Application
∎ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Analytically & Strategy Planning Quality would be an added advantage
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure & a good tolerance limit is necessary
