∎ We are looking to hire some candidates for the post of “Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing)” to join our cGMP based largest homoeopathic medicine manufacturing company in Asia sub continent.
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Honest & Hard Working
∎ Good knowledge in MS office .
∎ Willing to travel - Local & Outstation.
∎ Candidate should have good attitude and learning ability.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field inspection, monitoring, market supervision, collection of all market related information and preparation of market reports
∎ Preparation of all documents related to sale and promotion of products
∎ Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills.
∎ Develop and implement the strategies to grow organization's business.
∎ Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.
∎ The key responsibilities will be managing existing and Business Development (Sales), Customer Service, Relationship Management.
∎ The candidate will be responsible of achieving monthly and annual sales targets through his business development team as planned by the company's management.
∎ To take a challenge yearly turns over to increased sales and market Promotion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
