∎ Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA),Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Experience: 3 - 6 YearsAge 22 to 35 Years
∎ Responsibilities & Context:Collect booking money and down payment from the new client & Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.*Prepare a daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan. Find Prospective Clients by door to door field visit.*Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement. Collect the required documents from the customer.*Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.*Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.*Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both offline and online.*Visit prospective customers and explain project features.*Attend property fairs, events, and field activities.*Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.*Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.*Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.*Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company properties.*Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.*Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.*Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials.*Right and positive attitude for promoting companies product and brand image.*Report on sales activities to senior management.*Any other task assigned by management.
