Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target and result oriented.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Searching for new clients and maintaining good business relations with the existing clients.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Should have strong leadership capacity and team building efficiency.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
∎ Responding to customer complaints and comments.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 years practical experience in flat & plot sale.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English and Bangla.
∎ Should have knowledge about digital marketing techniques.
∎ Computer proficiency is must.
