∎ We are searching one skilled Manager for printing and packaging plant who has practical experience with production and maintenance for the following Machine:
∎ Four color printing machine from Heidelberg company, Germany.
∎ Auto corrugation machine from Taiwan,
∎ Manual corrugation machine from Taiwan,
∎ Pasting machine from Taiwan
∎ Die cutting machine from Taiwan (Paktek Industrial company Limited),
∎ Lamination machine from Taiwan,
∎ Auto Glue machine from Taiwan,
∎ Glue pasting Machine from Taiwan,
∎ Flexo printing machine from Taiwan,
∎ Polar cutting machine from Germany,
∎ Decal foil paper printing Machine from Japan. (Hirata technos Co., Ltd.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, managing and executing production operations.
∎ To manage & overall control on Production, timely delivery of the products with required quality and quantity to our Related plant.
∎ Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
∎ Supervise the production activities.
∎ Identify and solve the operational and maintenance problems to prevent production losses.
∎ Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
∎ Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.
∎ Assist in interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
∎ Manage performance review, appraisals, and promotions for employees.
∎ Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
∎ Determine resource requirements and work allocation for production operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Enough skilled for operating and maintenance.
∎ At least 8 year(s) experience.
Salary: Negotiable
