∎ BBA/MBA degree from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deal.
∎ Updating the information of newspaper, magazine, TV channels, Radio channels, Directories, online advertisement, digital and website advertisement and other related vehicles.
∎ Build long-term relationships with media influencers to promote our brand.
∎ Determine the best media outlet mix for promotional strategies.
∎ Do campaigns and monitor online and offline ad campaigns (e.g. on radio, TV, online portals, magazines and digital billboards)
∎ Regularly report advertising campaign results (including revenues and costs).
∎ Optimize advertising strategies for varying audiences and channels.
∎ Updating rate card for TV channel, Radio and Newspaper, Magazine, Directories and Digital Outdoor etc.
∎ Prepare additional promotional projects to support new product launches
∎ Create new campaigns to reach a broader audience
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years work experience in Media/ Media Planner or similar role.
∎ Knowledge of different types of media channels
∎ Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing
∎ Working knowledge of analytics tools
∎ Experience with budget planning and KPIs
∎ Strong decision-making skills
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Prefer candidates from Advertising / Marketing Agencies/ TV channel/ Newspaper
∎ An excellent negotiator
∎ Able to arrange and run meetings with direction, leaving with clear objectives
∎ and tasks
