Additional Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in the Project work in industry.

  • Washing Factory related experienced candidate will get preference.

  • Understanding of CAD drawings.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Knowledge on AutoCAD and MS office, Excel.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate and supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across the factory.

  • Ensure the adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during erection work.

  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Oversee the project work of all utility process- Boiler, Generator, Air Compressor, WTP, ETP, HVAC, Washing Machine and Dryer Machine, Elevators, Fire Protection System, Fire Doors.

  • Supervision of periodic maintenance and troubleshooting on Air compressor, Generator, Boiler and Water treatment plant & Sub-station, HVAC.

  • Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure their optimal performance.

  • Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of lifts (elevators) in the factory.

  • Regularly inspect lifts to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of the WTP, ensuring proper treatment and supply of water throughout the factory. Monitor water quality and implement necessary measures to maintain standards.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance and repair activities of workshop equipment, machinery, and tools.

  • Supervise the Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System Installation Work, Monitor & Supervise the Pump Room Operation, Hydrant & Sprinkler system.

  • Train and educate employees on mechanical safety protocols and procedures.

  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement processes to minimize downtime.

  • Supervision of Mechanic, Technicians and all subordinates.

  • Monitoring and supervision of workplace safety issues. Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
