∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ To prepared monthly sales target individual & team basis.
∎ To monitor company sales target as well as under the team member.
∎ Good behavioral attitude
∎ Maintaining relationship with all potential Dealer / Retailer and existing
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 (Three) to 5 (Five) years practical working experience as Executive, Sales of a renowned Steel Re-rolling Mill in greater Rajsahi
∎ Candidates should have practical experience in dealing with Dealer / Retailers for selling of Quality Products (M.S. Re-Bar)
∎ Computer literacy is must
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ Bike riding candidates will get more preference
