Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing from any Public/ Reputed Private University.
∎ Candidate having Textile Engineering degree shall get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, engaging and proposing opportunity to develop future and present business trend.
∎ Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of a team of marketing professionals.
∎ Set and meet department wise target to increase market share regularly report to the Senior Management.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition & supply & demand.
∎ Design, execute and evaluate long term and short-term integrated marketing and sales campaigns for various revenue streams.
∎ Implement new practices in marketing communications to generate revenues and to assist the other departments in the delivery of a strong return on investment.
∎ Identify marketing opportunities by recognizing buyer requirements; competitor's market share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business and establishing business objective.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Marketing; Business Development with International brands/ buying houses, Product knowledge on Elastics; Narrow Fabrics; Fabrics & other Garment Accessories.
∎ In-depth knowledge on RMG & Textile market.
∎ Must be target oriented & self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Effective communication & strong negotiation skills.
