Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be MBA/BBA/Marketing Background from any reputed universities. MBA shall be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and guide marketing team for efficient and effective product management functions
∎ Facilitate senior management for developing marketing strategic plans & budget for the products, major marketing functions and ensure effective execution of the plans through sales team
∎ Analyze market dynamics, customers’ attitudes for effective operations of marketing functions to improve prescription share, and sales volume of the products
∎ Organize marketing campaigns, and analyze gaps for evaluating product wise outcomes
∎ Prepare sales & Marketing report of the individual products and other marketing functions and facilitate the senior management for deciding next course of actions
∎ Generate innovative ideas for adopting effective marketing programs of the products
∎ Liaison with other departments and stakeholders for smooth operations of the marketing programs.
∎ Prepare Marketing plan for new products with financial analysis for the viability of the product.
∎ Generation of Management Report for every Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
∎ Follow up Report of the individual product movement with comments for the positive and negative outcome.
∎ Prepare development Plan for the declining Products.
∎ Competitor activities will have to follow-up day to day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 4-5 years in similar position preferably in Consumer Business
∎ Age not more than 35 years, but can be relaxed for deserving candidates
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English
∎ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies
∎ Very good at MS office
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure, result oriented and can work independently with minimum supervision
