∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Concept, design, & prototype, deliver and present trend-right consumer centric product lines that feature market-leading innovation.
∎ Manage and develop direct report(s) through on-going feedback on performance and weekly review deliverables.
∎ Lead direct reports to execute product design by ensuring high quality standards in character execution, in-depth color, material, form and function while maximizing profitability.
∎ Spearhead packaging needs and approvals through online product approval system and collaborative cross functional meetings.
∎ Develop collaborative relationships with studio & creative partners to ensure prompt product feedback and approvals.
∎ Understand global trends that translate into commercially viable product ideas.
∎ Participate in cross-functional team meetings, kick-off calls and brainstorms, share best practices with team members and broader organizations.
∎ Monitor competitors, product innovation and market dynamics.
∎ Collaborate with the greater product design and creative teams to drive up-front trends, overall creative direction and identify future areas of growth and across product categories.
∎ Manage and prioritize a variety of multiple design projects, running simultaneously with varying levels of complexity
∎ Manage team to prepare creative and product design tools for internal leadership and cross divisional presentations.
∎ Be an innovative thinker who embraces change and taking on new challenges
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Prior experience leading others.
∎ Strong knowledge in hardlines/Softline categories (raw materials, plastic, textiles, print, pattern, graphic composition, manufacturing).
∎ Strong negotiating skills.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong computer software skills (e.g., MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator).
