Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Marketing & Sales.
∎ Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly.
∎ To visit project with clients and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization / work site for developing business/ creating new customers.
∎ Create sales& marketing reports to top management daily.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Identify new customer & offer new product opportunities.
∎ Take strategic plans and reviews.
∎ Preparing and completing sales section plans.
∎ Forecasting sales requirements.
∎ Maintain customer data and follow up.
∎ Identifying new product opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Eclectic Scooty sales.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Strong problem solving skill.
