Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to conduct QS audit as per H&M requirements and manage any CAP, RCA, PAP, etc.
∎ To Lead the quality management system (QMS) team and monitor QS throughout the whole manufacturing unit effectively.
∎ Must have knowledge of QMS function in all processes. Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Manage & monitor trims & accessories inspection department. Conducts floor audits and manages first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Measuring production & Documenting evidence.
∎ To ensure all the garments are produced in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ Determining operational and performance qualifications. Maintains and improves product quality by auditing product, company, system, compliance and surveillance.
∎ Analyzes data, critical operations, product specifications, quality points and briefs the same to the Quality team.
∎ To follow up first output garments inspection. If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to the Quality team to get action.
∎ Lead quality control and management system in every section. Inline inspection findings sharing with respective Production, GPQ & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Coordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met. Reporting deviations in the QA system to the Quality team.
∎ Develop quality SOP/quality Manual and Support to implement quality policy and quality objectives to meet customer requirements.
∎ Focus on customer complaints and analyze data for reducing complain ratio.
∎ Monitor and report standard traffic light systems in the sewing line to track and control operator-wise defects.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Conducting training program with PowerPoint slides by maintaining a training calendar and taking feedback regularly.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
