∎ MBA / BBA with major in Marketing will be preferred;
∎ Training/Trade Course: TrainingTrade Course: Digital Marketing;
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Project Management, Project presentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Documentation Skills, ERP Sales, Good presentation skill, Software Implementation, Strong negotiation skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote Company's Apparel ERP in the RMG industry and generate new lead;
∎ Responsible to set up meetings and follow-ups on potential customer to acquire new business;
∎ Work closely with technical and Pre-sales team to drive sales cycle;
∎ Formulate Strategy to increase Sales and maintain growth in revenue;
∎ Present proposals and suggest solutions on potential customer's needs;
∎ Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure;
∎ Achieve company sales target;
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions;
∎ Continuous follow up with existing and new clients;
∎ Visit to clients as per business requirements;
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports;
∎ Arrange and participate in fair and events;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive experience in ERP Sales, Software and IT related product Sales;
∎ Knowledge about Supply Chain, Brand & Communication;
∎ Familiarity with project management methodologies;
∎ Good knowledge in Software Development Life-cycle;
∎ A proven record in the Govt./Non-Govt. tender preparation and submission will add value;
∎ Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software;
∎ Good Knowledge in Social Media Marketing - LinkedIn, Facebook;
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Experience in Project Documentation, Customer support and Implementation is a plus;
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary negotiation depends on candidate`s efficiency, experience and capability;
