Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
∎ Satisfactory adeptness over MS-Office, Ms Excel & Internet Browsing
∎ Skills Required: Client Relationship Management, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Covid19 Equipment Selling, Medical Equipment, Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create corporate clients & business opportunities.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target.
∎ Achieve monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Execute all sales & marketing activities as per direction of the management.
∎ Closely observe and monitor competitors activities & report to the superior.
∎ Establish co-ordination with distribution.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Supervise & guide the sales force regularly in order to increase market share.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives.
∎ Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
∎ Maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the consumer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring with the junior officers to achieve sales target.
∎ Any other job given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 50 - 60 (Monthly)
