Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine/ Animal Health with Masters.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dairy Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate and provide input in relating to new milk sources.
∎ Identify the producer need and assist Producers in achieving production quota.
∎ Implement all service-related activities in every Chilling Center i.e: Animal Health & Vaccination Campaign, Grass seed. deworming and others.
∎ Preparation DDF (Dairy Development Fund) budget and plan related to services for company.
∎ Yearly submit the producer income report.
∎ Execute the new intervention of modern dairy technology for Dairy Development.
∎ Plan for developing the livelihood of marginal dairy producers in BD.
∎ Emphasis on scientific and balanced feeding & also cost effective for dairy cattle.
∎ Ensure cattle health and increase per cow productivity along with improve raw milk quality.
∎ Capacity builds up all staff in Chilling Center and also Dairy producers.
∎ Effectively implement & lead the New Project Activities (National & international) in south Bengal.
∎ Partnership development, liaison with Gov & Non-Gov.
∎ Needed support, feedback & guideline to Milk collection team for achieving Target-wise qualitative raw milk collection as per ABP.
∎ Established One-Stop Services and effective execute this service.
∎ Monitoring Producer Service department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.

∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ US-Aid funded Dairy Project Implementation.
∎ IGA of Dairy producer.
