Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline/ BBA/MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating new customers is the prime responsibility of this post.
∎ By visiting the areas which are assigned by Head of the Department (HOD) - sales and top management in order to create new customers.
∎ Achieve monthly/Yearly targets (important)
∎ Capacity to assess the customer needs, what he actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with HOD-sales.
∎ Prepare and maintain Customers/ Clients list and contact with clients and find out the new prospects for the company.
∎ Make Route chart for every day on the previous day and get the same approved by HOD.
∎ Regular product knowledge sharing with the partner sales team & make them efficient & knowledgeable about the products.
∎ Monitor sales partner's business operation to develop their business in assigned region.
∎ Provide guidance & proper hands on training to develop a strong sales team.
∎ Regular visit to the end customers to identify the potential customer needs, build relationship & to generate sales call within the assigned region.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Pronunciation and computer literate
∎ The applicant have experience in this areas will give advantage : Cabin Crew, Corporate, Multinational, Add agency, Event Management Hotel & Resort
Salary:
