∎ The incumbent must have the working experience in renowned Furniture, Doors or Boards Company.
∎ Must be well conversant in English language both in writing and speaking.
∎ Must have the capability to deal with the foreign customers/buyers with regard to export and also have the experience to travel extensively to the foreign countries.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge in e-mailing/internet browsing, export documentation and entire procedure of export.

∎ Oriental Eco Woods Ltd is a leading wood composite product (WPC Doors, Boards, Timber Tube and Decking) manufacturer in Bangladesh. Now we are going to Export wood composite product in the foreign market with premium quality and innovative design as per demand of our respectable customers. We are looking an energetic person who has enough knowledge on Export.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring overall activities of commercial (Export) department, co-ordinate the activities of commercial department with other department & outside parties, government offices, local liaison offices of buyer, audit farms, bank etc.
∎ Source and develop new buyer/business and maintain good relationship with the foreign buyers.
∎ Manages the development, implementation and maintenance of export compliance policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare all types of export documents for different buyer.
∎ Opening and developing new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
∎ Verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations, liaise with clients and perform logistical tasks.
∎ Handle & follow the procedure of UP for get approval from Customs.
∎ Collect documents, prepare L/C accordingly and attain bank formalities on time.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities of Customs relating to Export.
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Coordinate with C&F, Shipping & other related offices.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management..
