The company plans to recruit some bright and dynamic individuals for the following positions who will make a difference and drive us toward success.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the breeder farm, including feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of the breeder flock.
Implement breeding programs to optimize flock performance and ensure genetic diversity.
Monitor egg production and hatch rates, and implement strategies to maximize hatchability.·
Supervise the selection and culling of breeder birds based on performance and genetic traits.
Maintain accurate records of breeding activities, egg production, and flock performance.
Collaborate with veterinarians and other professionals to maintain flock health and prevent disease outbreaks.
