Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned chain of bakery shops known for its delicious cakes, pastries, and savory items. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we aim to delight our customers with every visit. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Asst. Manager to drive sales and ensure the success of our outlets.
∎ Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales optimization.
∎ Set sales targets for each outlet and develop action plans to achieve them.
∎ Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff at each outlet to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams, setting clear performance expectations and objectives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate accounts, and individual customers.
∎ Proactively address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to address them effectively.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
