Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or Masters Degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly & set up meetings with potential clients.
∎ To maintain relationships with existing customers.
∎ Managing / supervising the day-to-day activities of the team.
∎ Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
∎ Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
∎ Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
∎ Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
∎ The monthly sales target achieved planning.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the sales and Marketing Department.
∎ Collect prospects from various sources to meet the target and customer portfolio.
∎ Develop potential clients and maintain an excellent relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Deal clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about land to ensure sales.
∎ Follow-up with clients according to customer database and update the progress Daily Basic.
∎ Maintain after sales formalities including Application Form, Payment Schedule and Deed of Agreement.
∎ Prepared reports of daily, weekly and monthly on a regular basis.
∎ Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years' Experience as a Team Leader.
∎ Only for Apartment and Land Sector Sales & Marketing.
