Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring accuracy of all accounting data recording on ERP Software on daily basis.
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Perform entries to proper accounts.
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement on monthly and annually;
∎ Ensuring accuracy of all accounting data recording;
∎ Doing Accounting & Financial forecasting, budgeting and implementation;
∎ Supervising & Maintaining the Fixed Assets, Inventories, Receivable & Liabilities etc.;
∎ Ensuring bank reconciliation in timely manner;
∎ Taking the responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related steak holders and ensuring timely submission of return. Expected sound knowledge on tax and VAT laws;
∎ Preparation of annual budget for the company;
∎ Assisting in monitoring of capital expenditure of the company;
∎ Analysis of various variances and doing product costing;
∎ Overall responsibility regarding all financial aspects of the company;
∎ Taking the responsibility for report and finance/accounts related day to day affairs (Cash Book, Ledger, Cheque Issue Register, Cheque Receipt Register etc.)
∎ Following up Payment disbursement (Cash, Cheque, RTGS, BFTN & EFT).
∎ Checking of inter- company transaction register/ledger.
∎ Taking the responsibility of annual internal audit.
∎ Assist in preparing the necessary documentation for annual financial audits.
∎ Weekly/ fortnightly visits to the project/client's office for co-ordination as per audit visit matrix.
∎ Closely liaison with Commercial Bank, insurance company, financial institutions and other Regulatory Authorities.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on commercial Activities i.e., Export & Import L/C, Proceed realization, Loan Management & Adjustment etc.
∎ Managing the Cash flow & Fund Requirements for meeting up working capital.
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement on monthly, Half-yearly and annually; Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash flow Statement.
∎ Performing any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of Financial Reporting based on IAS and IFRS
∎ Sound knowledge on preparation of Financial Statements
∎ Hands on experience on Oracle ERP/SAP Financial Modules
∎ Good to have sound IT knowledge
∎ Good writing and communication skills
∎ Willingness to work under a team
