∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management/Bachelor in Engineering (BEng.) in EEE/ related field certification will be an added advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Marketing
∎ Training/Trade Course: Marketing,Sales
∎ Skills Required: LED Light Sales, Lighting Automation

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for hiring an experienced people who have worked in Lighting Industry organization are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The Industry lighting Sales Manager should be responsible for the development of new customer relationships, increase sales and should possess a strong level of verbal and written communication in order to build and maintain a strong relationship with potential new clients of industry level. Clients include architectures, consultants, contractors, property developers etc. To be successful as a sales personnel, you should be committed to driving (LED Light sales) and adept at managing a sales team. Ultimately, an outstanding industry sales personnel should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales contacts, research customer needs and develop application of products and services in an effective manner to ensure sales opportunities for products and services.
∎ Determining market strategies and goals for products and services
∎ Evaluating product and service marketability in terms of customers’ technical and manufacturing needs.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets.
∎ Develop and deliver sales presentation and close sales in a professional and effective manner to ensure the meeting of specific quota goals and the generation of revenue.
∎ Establish long-term, ongoing repeat relationships & acting to close deals and finalize contracts.
∎ Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner to ensure effective market planning and continued revenue stream.
∎ Manage assigned sales budgets in a timely and effective manner to insure a positive corporate image, teamwork and attainment of goals to ensure smooth fiscal operation.
∎ Working with a wide variety of individuals at levels ranging from corporate to line managers
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
∎ Experienced in lighting sector 3-5+ years
∎ Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
∎ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Exceptional customer service skills
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self-motivated, aggressive professional attitude.
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure.
∎ Applicant must be smart, energetic, dedicated and sales focused.
∎ Should have skill in business communication & good presentation skill.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
