Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Vetting various types of land-related documents;
∎ • Preparing all legal deeds & documents relating to property transfer and mortgage and registering them with the Sub-Registrar Office in a timely manner;
∎ • Processing land purchases and updating land documents while adhering to legal codes of conduct;
∎ • Dealing with land-related issues, such as land purchase, deed draft production, and third-party authenticity assessment of ownership claims;
∎ • To identify and consult with parties with adequate authority on land issues, as well as to review relevant legislation and by-laws;
∎ • To keep track of land agreements and contracts, as well as to keep track of land use and possible development regions;
∎ • Communicate with the A.C. Land Office, Tofshil Office, Sub-Registry Office, and the Land Dispute Court as needed;
∎ • Assist with land authority amendments and ensure that land complies with legislation;
∎ • To ensure that all land-related cases appear, effective progress monitoring is required;
∎ • To collect and maintain all land-related papers, as well as to keep track of and carry out all forms of land tax, court hearings, and documentation requirements;
∎ • Interactions with clients, including setting up initial meetings, taking notes, receiving documents, staying in touch with clients, and following up.
