Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper parameter of fabric as per buyer requirement
∎ Proper quality and production control.
∎ Chemical & other equipment control.
∎ Taking care of machine parameter for better quality.
∎ Improving productivity & quality day by day.
∎ Record keeping of department regularly.
∎ Co-ordination with previous & post department.
∎ Proper material management-chemical, fabric machine, manpower.
∎ Training & control of subordinate & workers.
∎ Maintain machine condition ok by follow up of preventive maintenance and right operation method
