Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile / Non- Textile but Experience as (Dyeing-Sample) also preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Sample
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiar with LIDL, sample fabric dyeing; Experienced in shade matching, Lab to Sample RFT, Finishing of S/J, Terry, Fleece fabric.
∎ Identify Dyeing -Finishing faults and make correction.
∎ Work with Color Lab or Shade matching & Physical & Chemical Lab on color fastness, shrinkage, pilling, pH etc.
∎ Work with QC for problematic batch identification and fix the dyeing problem.
∎ Ensure shade matching, quality according to buyer fabric requirement.
∎ Correct shade matching, quality, hand feel etc. of Lab dip with PP Sample.
∎ Work closely with yarn procurement Dept.; Sample-Knitting Dept.; Merchandising Dept. for Correct PP Sample Dyeing.
∎ Ensure planning and coordination with Merchandising & Bulk production.
∎ Familiar with Terry & Fleece fabrics Dyeing, Brushing, Shearing & Finishing.
∎ Cotton Dyeing & Double Part 60.40 & 80.20 CVC Terry and Fleece Fabrics.
∎ Good ability on rib to body DTM matching.
