∎ Strong technical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, BGP, OSPF).

∎ Experience working with SMBs, enterprises, or IT integrators.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Solution Design & Proposal Development: Work with sales teams to design customized network solutions (LAN/WAN, Security, Wireless, SD-WAN) for SMB & Enterprise clients.
∎ Technical Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical presentation for clients and partners.
∎ RFP Response: Prepare and deliver technical proposals, BoQs (Bill of Quantities), and compliance documents in response to customer requirements.
∎ Customer Consultation: Engage with IT teams to understand business needs and recommend suitable network solutions.
∎ Competitive Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and position company solutions effectively.Post-Sales Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation Support: Assist in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of network products (routers, switches, firewalls, cable).
∎ Customer Training & Handholding: Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT solution teams on product functionality and best practices.
∎ Issue Resolution & Escalation Management: Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to resolve post-sales issues promptly.
∎ Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze network performance and suggest upgrades or optimizations for better efficiency.
∎ Customer Feedback & Retention: Gather feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
∎ Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
