Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ CA / CMA Partly Qualified will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Banks & Financial, ERP, Finance & Bank Operation, Finance Management

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Finance and Banking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Amishee Finance & Accounts Head in driving financial control by on-ground implementation of financial strategy, systems and procedures in the business units; assist Finance Head in business analysis, as and when required.
∎ Provide inputs in tactical matters related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, investment planning, risk assessment etc. as and when required.
∎ Prepare and provide inputs in formulating annual budgeting process for the organization, assist in coordinating with group finance in line with the group budgets
∎ Rigorously conduct extensive variance analysis between actual versus budgeted figures and place it to the competent Management on identified improvements.
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Assisting Statutory or Special Audit, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, ERP / Automation and Internal Control System.
∎ Manage loan proposal and arrange alternative financing options when required.
∎ Preparation of Financial statement monthly, half yearly and annually.
∎ Process vendor payments and check requests
∎ Ensure effective and efficient company VAT and TAX planning for the organization
∎ Monitor cash flows and effective and efficient inventory management on a regular basis and take necessary steps to ensure continuous availability; continuously review the status of all receivables and payables, follow up with the related stakeholders to drive collections of the same and highlight discrepancies through regular reports.
∎ Ensure all legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies
∎ To ensure proper cost benefit analysis of each activity in business process in order to identify key/critical process to operate at optimum cost.
∎ Manage the strategic plan for improving wealth maximization of the company.
