Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ • Researching prospects and generating leads.
∎ • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
∎ • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
∎ • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
∎ • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
∎ • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
∎ • Participating in sales team meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years in sales & marketing or a related field.
∎ 2-3 years relevant work experience in any reputed real estate company.
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry
∎ Good looking and experience in managing lead to succeed
∎ Experience in a reputed real -estate company specially township projects
∎ Exceptional communication and people management skills
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive
