Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding and/or Identifying customers' enquiries, requests, needs, and complaints in view to provide the simplest and the best solutions to customers.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via Mobile, Email, What's up, online messages and over the phone on time.
∎ Maintain cordial and professional relationship with customers.
∎ Analyze customer urgent requirement and immediately report to General Manager (Marketing & Sales), Head Office, Dhaka.
∎ Responsible for handling end-to-end all customers in view to sustain company good will.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Keeping customers updated on the latest price of product as and when needed.
∎ Provide after-sales support to gather important feedback from customers working as a member of team and for the team.
∎ Must be loyal to the company and willingness to take any challenge.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:

∎ 05 years Experience in relevant field.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
