Responsibilities & Context: Client Support & Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, customer and clients.
- Handle inquiries, service requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain updated communications & records.
Communication & Coordination
- Circulate official notices, circulars, and building-related announcements.
- Liaise between tenants and management regarding maintenance, security, and facility issues.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and technical teams to resolve service matters promptly.
- Taken client feedback & immediately ensure service as required.
Service & Complaint Management
- Log and track all service requests and complaints.
- Ensure timely follow-up until service is confirmed.
- Prepare monthly reports on service issues and resolutions for management review.
Administrative Support
- Maintaining client support added with support billing-related queries (rent, utility, service charges).
- Assist in preparing reports for building management.
