Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: 3 to 5 years experience in a reputed MNC company
Excellent practical knowledge of Accounting
3 – 5 years ‘QuickBooks’ Software experience
Experience in Tax, VAT management
Strong customer service orientation
Strong English proficiency in writing and interpersonal communication
Passionate professional who takes ownership of his responsibilities; and strives for excellence
Highly Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, email, internet browsing

We seek a dynamic, multinational-trained Asst Manager (Admin & Accounts) to ensure our services and reputation meet our valued Tenants’ highest commercial standards, and to drive our vision. Reporting directly to the MD or Manager (Admin & Accounts). The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster, strong, trusted tenant service relationship with multinational companies
- Manage all day to day operations of I-K Properties with excellence and efficiency
- Ensure timely payment of all monthly vendors bills & service charges
- Prepare monthly & yearly financial statements & Book keeping
- Develop & advice on corporate Finance strategies
- Prepare monthly service charge and utility bills for MNC Tenants
- Collect monthly service charge & utility bills from MNC Tenants and settle with Association
- Liaise with & ensure all payments to and of Association
- Ensure timely payment of all Taxes
- Liaise with Auditors on Taxes
- Maintain cash flow projections & financial forecasting
- Source & manage quality & cost competitive vendors
- Purchases office supplies & reconcile monthly expenses
- Manage inventory & inventory register
- Maintain cash flow projections & financial forecasting
- Manage all travel coordination and payments
- Prepare all Financial reports as required by MD
- Manage & Monitor Foundation’s Social development projects
