Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any public/ reputed private Universities with a good academic record.
∎ Note: Educational Qualification will be relaxed for highly textile experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
dyeing and printing, Garments Textile, Spinning, Weaving
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works in accounting software ERP/Tally-9 independently.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Prepare financial statements.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management or superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in any 100% export oriented textile industry.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy (MS office, Accounting software like ERP/Tally-9).
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have experience in ERP/Tally-9 software.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur.
