Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of overall accounting operations of Corporate sales office as per company policy
∎ Contact customers and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
∎ Credit Controlling.
∎ Maintaining record of bad debt recovery.
∎ Responsible for overall accounting and finance related matters of a unit.
∎ Identify and address discrepancies.
∎ Maintaining accounts based on software.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting transaction in software.
∎ Preparation of monthly sales, outstanding, collection reports.
∎ Should be able to send various reports to the higher authority through e-mail.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent presentation skills.
∎ Should conversant in MS Office, MS Excel.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player.
Salary: Negotiable
