Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA & MBA in Accounting/Finance
∎ CA CC/ACCA/CMA is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Cost Accounting, Finance & Bank Operation, Finance Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bank voucher checking, calculation with reconcile.
∎ BTB L/C wise bank acceptance and non-acceptance L/C checking with follow up & record maintain.
∎ Export documents check and value ensure & Export documents submit to bank (follow Up).
∎ Master LC report checking in SAP.
∎ Follow up accepted and non-accepted liability.
∎ Account receivable and payable follow up with record & excel sheet maintain ( Bank & SAP).
∎ Checking all posted voucher, interest and loan and others.
∎ Follow up cash incentive income with receivable.
∎ All loan statement calculation and maintain with follow up
∎ Export document collect with commercial dept. and bank. also follow up.
∎ Salary, gas bill, freight bill- fund arrangement and projection ready.
∎ Monthly financial budget prepared & Financial Overhead cost follow up.
∎ Monthly cash inflow and outflow statement prepared.
∎ Reviewing and updating financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & function of performing documents.
∎ Set up and enforce proper accounting methods, polices & principles.
∎ Have to create all loan with adjustment, repayment and reschedule.
∎ Cash Inflow and outflow statement prepared.
∎ Checking all statement in SAP Ledger with bank portfolio, all marginal account reconciles and CD account reconcile (L/C, Loan entry only) and report time to time to Management.
∎ Contract lien value against BTB L/C and regularly follow up payment invoice wise (buyer).
∎ Must have knowledge in Export & Import related work.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Independently petty cash management experience.
∎ Working experience in Knit Garments/Textile.
∎ Software proficiency is needed.
∎ Well organized and possess a strong work ethic Should have enough knowledge and experience about Banking and VAT & Tax.
∎ Works well as a team member or independently
